Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet tool developed by Microsoft that allows users to organize and analyze data efficiently. It uses rows and columns to store information and includes key features like functions and charts. In my coursework, I've used Excel for classes like statistics and accounting. It was very useful for computing data quickly and creating balance sheets for assignments. Outside of mandatory assignments, I also use Excel in my coursework to calculate my grade in certain classes to have an idea of where I would finish the semester. In my future career in business, Excel will be an essential tool for decision-making and daily operations. I could use it to analyze sales data, create financial reports, and forecast future trends.
